PCI Compliance- Tenable Nessus- Not authenticating

Hello Team,

We are trying to Scan esxi hosts using a tool called Tenable Nessus for PCI compliance. We are not able to authenticate to the hosts. The tool scans each hosts host individually via the SOAP API. Some blogs I read talks about configuring vi permissions. Will anyone know the exact process on how to do so. These have to be configured on the esxi hosts.
