I am using vsphere 5.5, I am unable to connect to vcenter via web client, getting this error Failed to connect to VMware Lookup Service -<IP address>:7444/lookupservice/sdk service failed? After doing some R&D, I was able to fix this by logging into vcenter appliance console, and Enabling and Disabling regenerate certificates option under Admin Tab, but I would like to know what is the reason behind this error?
