Resignaturing multiple copies of the same LUN at the same time fails with the error: Cannot change the host configuration

I am getting this issue with ESX 5.x version.

I found the KB artical for the same which state its not supported for ESX 4.x

Is this still true for latest version of the ESX\VC.
